If you’re looking to buy the NC10, these give you a great idea of what you’ll get when you open the box…

1. Stuff TV

Good: Short & Sweet – sums up the black NC10 in just under 90 seconds.

Bad: Uses the word ‘capatious’ and then proceeds to get the size of the hard drive wrong.

2. MobileComputerMag

Good: Gives a decent 8-minute overview and look around the model.
Bad: A little too much unnecessary detail. We can see that’s a ‘Samsung’ logo on the top!

3. LaptopMag

Good: The benchmark – quick 6-minute overview without too much detail
Bad: None. Perfect review – even compares against the MSI wind for size.

4. FlyingJarJar

Good: Actual user review of the NC10 from someone who has bought it – not a magazine.
Bad: Goes on forever, despite being billed as a “(very) quick review”! The ‘amateur’ aspect is good, but the sound quality isn’t perfect.

5. Paul at Modaco

Good: This is one of those ‘unboxing’ videos that have become popular. Shows you exactly what to expect when you buy the Samsung NC10.
Bad: If you’ve ever seen an NC10 in real life, you’ll learn nothing from this.

The NC10 was QVC’s ‘deal of the day’ and – while I’m not really a QVC fan – I have to say they did a good job of reviewing it and seem to know what they’re talking about. One thing they mentioned was a few of the awards the NC10 has picked up:
